Who is Cyril?

Cyril Awere is a London-based transformation and organisational effectiveness specialist focused on helping organisations improve strategy implementation.

Cyril's mission...

As an energetic and proactive Transformation Leader, Speaker, and Podcast Host of BelieveAfrica Podcast with an extensive background in Business Agility, I advise clients on how they can enhance the skills and knowledge of delivery teams and managers. 

This approach supports the embracing of the adoption of AI, the Agile philosophy, and the embodiment of true leadership. I find fulfilment in guiding teams and managers along the journey from their current state to their preferred new normal state. Through my leadership coaching, I encourage managers to recognise their opportunity to transform their organisations by displaying Agile leadership behaviours. 

This generally involves creating an environment where teams feel motivated to take ownership of their work and understand the needs of their customers, ultimately contributing to their personal development.
