Who is Cyril?

Hello, welcome to my profile page.

A strategic, people-first Transformation & Change Leader with a track record in shifting behaviours, scaling new ways of working, and building leadership capability in tech and complex enterprise environments.

I blend Organisational Development (OD), talent strategy, and agile experimentation to deliver measurable adoption and positive outcomes. Known as a non‑traditional thinker with high standards and low ego, I operate at speed alongside coaching leaders and teams to thrive through AI-enabled transformation.

I consider myself very fortunate to be doing the work I do in the realm of Agile training and leadership coaching.

I am the kind of person who's on the edge of a new idea, whether it's something controversial or simply outside the norm of general thinking. I strive to leverage my business acumen, personal qualities, and soft skills, bringing them to the forefront of what I do.

As part of problem-solving, I find that I resonate with people in a stronger way than your average expert. For the past 25+ years, I have helped delivery teams and senior managers bring their best selves to work by embracing the adoption of Information Technology/Artificial Intelligence and utilising Business Agility concepts. Through digital transformation and AI, I aim to assist organisations in delivering great products and services, which ultimately increases the probability of delivering incremental value and positive business results. As an energetic and proactive Leadership/Life Coach, Consultant Trainer, Speaker, and Podcast Host with an extensive background in Business Agility, I provide Agile training to enhance the skills and knowledge of delivery teams and managers.

This approach supports the embracing of the adoption of AI, the Agile philosophy, and the embodiment of true leadership. I find fulfilment in guiding teams and managers along the journey from their current state to their preferred new normal state. Through my leadership coaching, I encourage managers to recognise their opportunity to transform their organisations by displaying Agile leadership behaviours.

This generally involves creating an environment where teams feel motivated to take ownership of their work and understand the needs of their customers, ultimately contributing to their personal development.
