Who is Cyril?
Hello, welcome to my profile page. I consider myself to be very fortunate to be doing the work I do. I am the kind of person who's on the edge of a new idea whether it's something that's controversial or just something that doesn't fall into the bucket of general thinking. I try to leverage my business acumen, personal qualities and soft skills and bring them to the forefront of what I do. As part of problem-solving, I find that I am able to resonate with people in a stronger way than your average expert. For the past 25+ years, I have helped delivery teams and senior managers bring their best self to work using Business Agility concepts, so through digital transformation, they can ultimately help their organisations deliver great products and services, which increases the probability of delivering incremental value and positive business results.
